Youth Protection

We do NOT sell or ship tobacco products to anyone under 21 years of age. Before you can access any content of lightemupshop.com, you must confirm by responding to the age verification pop-up to be over 21 years of age, otherwise you are not granted access to any content.

Consequently, the access, use, or ordering of tobacco products on lightemupshop.com implies total acceptance without any reserve, of the buyer to these conditions.

Delivery

The shipping fee is shown on the shopping cart before checkout. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. The buyer acknowledges to provide the full and correct address, as we will not be responsible for non-deliveries due to inaccuracies.

We will email the buyer/recipient of the parcel when the parcel has shipped with the date and delivery confirmation number. The buyer is free to cancel the order at any time before it has been marked shipped. Once the parcel has left our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled anymore.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt. If we are experiencing high demand, it may take up to 7 days. We do not ship on Saturday, Sundays and major public holidays.

We are responsible for the shipment. In the event of non-arrival of the order, we  will investigate and if the below mentioned requirements are met, we may or may not re-ship at our discretion. We consider a parcel lost, if it does not arrive in 45 working days.

Please be aware that we do not ship Cuban cigars to the US.

Returns

If a parcel fails to clear customs due to the refusal by the buyer/recipient of the parcel to pay the appropriate excise duties and taxes, there will be no refund or reshipping offered. If the parcel is returned to us by the local authorities due to such reasons, a restocking fee of 20% (of the total order value) will apply and we will either re-ship or refund the price (excl. shipping costs) at the client's preference.

If the cigars were damaged in transit, the recipient of the parcel has to provide accurate pictures, or videos of the damaged cigars incl. timestamps matching the reception of the cigars. If only the packaging of the parcel, or the box has been damaged, we do not offer a refund or reshipping. If in fact, the cigars were damaged or the wrong product has been shipped, the buyer/recipient of the parcel should return them to us within 72hours after the reception, at our cost, and we will reship your order immediately once we have received the damaged or wrong product. We do not offer reshipment after that time period. 

If the delivery address provided in the order is found to be incomplete or incorrect, there will be no refund or reshipping offered. Also, we will not be held responsible to any kind of deterioration of the cigars ordered resulting to the clients’ failure to recover the parcel in a timely manner.

If an order is suspected of being fraudulent, it will be held until we reach out to the buyer for confirmation. Credit card fraud on our website will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

If the buyer claims a non-delivery, the order will be subject to an investigation with the post office. Any fraudulent claims will trigger legal action immediately.
